Our Return and Refund Policy
For order cancellations, our required $99 setup fee is non-refundable. For all other book printing order cancellations, refunds will be determined on a best-efforts basis determined by our printing partner's stage of completion of your order. Orders which have not yet commenced and for which Book Printing Revolution incurs no liability will be fully refunded, less the setup fee and credit card processing fees of approximately 3%.
For orders supplied to us that we deem not to be in the required non-print-ready format, you will have the option of canceling your order, less the $99 upload fee, making the required changes using any person of your choice and/or having BPR provide you a quote for the required additional formatting, layout, or other work to make the file print-ready.
BPR warrants that the books produced will substantially conform to the description contained on the face of the quotation, and that conform to usual book printing industry standards. There are no other warranties express or implied.
Privacy Statement
Book Printing Revolution does not share customer information with ANYBODY. We do not share or sell email addresses, contact or purchase information with any other company. Ever.
Shipping/Delivery Timing and Methods
Book Printing Revolution ships orders by a variety of methods, on a best-cost basis. Our volume typically results in very competitive shipping charges. UPS ground is the most widely used. Orders are typically shipped same-day.
Products and Prices
Book Printing Revolution offers very competitively priced, high quality book printing services. Ancillary services, such as book storage and fulfillment, expanded book layout and graphic design services, and various other author-centric book services are available from both Book Printing Revolution and our parent company, Mill City Press.
